Storyline: An ex-cop turned fix in the mind threatens to jump to his end of life from a Manhattan hotel rooftop. The nearest New York Police official immediately responds to a screaming woman and calls dispatch. More Officers arrive with SWAT and tactical command along by fire-fighters. The police then dispatches a pistil-bearing police psychologist personally requested to conference him down from the ledge. However, things aren't of the same kind with straightforward and clearcut as they seem to be.
